Kitchens by Countryside, a growing local business, is looking to grow and add a Project Manager to our team. The Project Manager manages the installation process from Pre-Construction Meeting to Project Completion. This role reports directly to Production Manager. Check Contractors Cloud task list daily, making sure to mark completed items and move through workflow. Follow up on Jet Streams and Emails daily. Respond to customer and installer calls. Perform Project Manager Workflow on all assigned projects. Make sure job site standards are met per company policy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the pre-construction meeting with customer and production team
• Push work orders through and manage materials
• Communicate with the homeowner throughout the duration of the job – you will be the point of contact
• Manage subcontractor hours and labor cost
• Delegate jobs and tasks to field team
• Communicate with production and management team throughout job process

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Project Management experience
• 2-4 years home improvement experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required
• Strong leadership ability
• Strong time management skills
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Pay: $50,000-$60,000/year
