Summertime Raspberry Pecan Chicken Salad

This recipe is for 6 servings. Total preparation takes roughly 15 minutes.

 

Ingredients

6 Ounces Orange Yogurt
½ Cup Mayonaisse
¼ Teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
3 Cups Cubed Cooked Chicken
2 Green Onions, Chopped
¼ Cup Celery
¼ Cup Chopped Pecans, Toasted
1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
12 Slices Your Bread of Choice

 

Preparation

Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, and five-spice powder in a large bow. Then, stir in the chicken, green onions, celery, and pecans. Gently stir in the raspberries, careful not to crush them. Serve on your choice of bread and enjoy!
